The Maltese phrase “Toghma Bnina” simply means “good taste” but signifies much more. It is used in the context of good old traditional food and recipes. When you say “Toghma Bnina”, you can almost hear an “mmmm!” or “aaaa!” in exclamation of awe for the genuine taste and smell of the good food!

“Toghma Bnina” is a four-page centre fold insert published three times a year (March, July & November) in the monthly Maltese magazine “Flimkien” (hence the recipes are in Maltese). Natureline Ltd, distributors of C Cini Mfg products and other imported food stuffs, has taken on this commitment to give readers a wide sphere of information about its products through an easy and friendly format.

Recipes are always very popular. “Toghma Bnina” recipes are easy to follow. Ingredients are healthy, basic and accessible. The method avoids complicated techniques to encourage inexperienced cooks. The result is a guaranteed success.

Also in “Toghma Bnina” readers find facts and tips on related topics such as cooking methods, utensils and ingredients. There is also a special section dedicated to a featured Lamb Brand product, usually one of the new ones on the market.

The competition section is open to all and expires when a new edition is published.
